    STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach based on the original core strengthening techniques pioneered by Joseph Pilates.

    STOTT Pilates is internationally renowned for the quality of its teaching and constantly updates methods to keep pace with the latest medical research and exercise science.

    Private Pilates Sessions – In Person OR Via Zoom

    The best way to get started in Pilates is with at least one private session. In this initial consultation we will build a plan of action.

    Whether your aim is to run a marathon, stretch out so you sleep better or take some much needed time out for your own self care after caring for the needs of others.

    Whether in the studio or online via Zoom; you will learn the basic principles of Pilates under my expert guidance. You can ask any questions you like and learn what works and doesn’t work for your body.

    Many people continue with private sessions for various reasons. One to one learning will ensure your progress will be quicker, especially if you are overcoming pain or injury.

    Cost for private sessions: £40 per hour.

  • Shared Pilates Sessions – In Person OR Via Zoom

    After your first private session you may choose to share your training with a friend.

    Cost for shared sessions: £50 total at £25 each

  • Small Group Pilates Classes:

    Aims of this class: optimal musculoskeletal performance – strength, flexibility and endurance – without risking injury or building bulk.

    With a focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilisation, neutral alignment and breathing, STOTT PILATES also helps restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence.

    The result: a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalised and moves with ease.

    With small group Pilates classes you get a tailor made workout at a fraction of the cost of a private session. Build lasting friendships with your fellow attendees as you work towards your goals.


    Face to Face Pilates in the Studio – Currently limited to Trios.

    Learn how to best make Pilates work for your individual needs in a small and supportive environment. Perfect to help you build your body awareness and confidence.
