  • If you want to achieve results fast with tailored Pilates tuition to help you reach your fitness and wellbeing goals then this course is for you.

    Each course is limited to 4 joiners who will be joining you on the journey to feeling calm and in control of your health and fitness. Pilates is known for increasing strength, flexibility and endurance – without risking injury or building bulk. Take time to focus in on your body, your needs and your overall wellbeing.

  • For the duration of the course you will have access to:

    * A weekly face to face class with three other movers on the same day/time each week. * A weekly Schedule of Zoom classes with my beady eye on your technique. * An online library of 195 videos with stretches and workouts to keep you moving between classes. * Access to me and my guidance in a private Whats App group. Accountability and an instant group of cheerleaders to keep you moving between face to face sessions!

    Tuesdays – 12.30pm to 1.00pm – Barre (standing exercise)

    Want to learn more about who will be teaching your course?

    Hello, I’m Emmeline Kemp: A black coffee loving mum of two adorable little girls now 9 and 6 years old. I am well versed in sleep deprivation and the value of taking even just a small amount of time for yourself; it’s for the greater good! Previous to training as a Pilates, Fascial Movement and Total Barre instructor I used to perform as a professional Contemporary dancer in the South East. Lots of lovely projects with amazing creatives. I learned Pilates to cure a whiplash injury over 10 years ago and haven’t looked back since. I got great results after birthing both my babies by doing Pilates and Total Barre workouts for myself as I learned and practised the choreography. It’s so gratifying knowing that you can have fun whilst doing something that gets you back into your favourite pre-baby clothing. Whether you want to join me for variety, overall body toning or to stay fit and healthy at any age I am right here with you. Bringing the latest body knowledge and enthusiasm to keep you going strong.

  • Want to join but worried you cannot attend all face to face sessions?

    Fear not my friend… As we know; life happens! As much as we value our routine, there may be occasions when you have to miss a class. Happily we have a Class Swaps Sheet that I keep updated so you can alert me to any upcoming absence, then go and see if there is a space you can jump into instead. This has worked really well for my happy movers since the TTT courses began nearly a year ago back in February 2023. Do remember there are also live Zoom sessions where I can coach you remotely… So you keep getting closer to your goals!
